SEQUABAT, the subsidiary of the IDEC GROUP specialising in the design and construction of turnkey projects involving business, commercial and residential property, signed up for a logistics warehouse project with the AXENS company on Monday 21^st October. The signing was done in the sumptuous setting of the 19^th Century private dwelling belonging to the Pechiney family, which founded the industrial site in Salindres (Gard), where this project is being built.

Specialising in the manufacture of catalysts and adsorbents for refineries, the petrochemical sector and the natural gas industry, the global company, AXENS wanted the construction of a logistics warehouse with MASE certification (a first for the IDEC GROUP) covering more than 9200 m².

This building, located on a SEVESO site (high threshold), will allow almost 14,000 pallets to be stored. The teams from SEQUABAT will also take care of the installation of a rack system fed by a shuttle car system.

The project is due to be handed over in the summer of 2020.
