SEQUABAT HANDS OVER THE ROLLS ROYCE PROJECT IN MONDRAGON (VAUCLUSE)

SEQUABAT, the subsidiary of the IDEC GROUP that specialises in the design and construction of turnkey projects involving business and residential property, handed over business premises to the ROLLS-ROYCE company based in Mondragon (Vaucluse) on Thursday 10th October.
Construction of business premises and headquarters
On Thursday, SEQUABAT handed over the keys to the new business premises for ROLLS ROYCE in the presence of the clients and the investor behind the project, the IDEC INVEST GROUP. This project, work on which started last January, is now home to the ROLLS ROYCE company and more specifically its subsidiary, Nuclear Field Services France, which works with those in the nuclear sector in France offering high added value services. With a surface area of 2158 m², this project includes an assembly unit with two workshops, a storage area, equipment rooms, offices and staff facilities to allow it to become the firm’s new French headquarters.
Delivered a month in advance
The SEQUABAT design team studied the needs and requirements of ROLLS ROYCE to imagine and design a made-to-measure building. Delivered a month early, the project is based around a functional production unit with work carried out into flows and the comfort of the occupants, with attention paid in particular to the use of natural light and on the elegant architecture that fits in perfectly with its environment.
A project funded by the IDEC INVEST GROUP
In order to meet the needs of ROLLS ROYCE, SEQUABAT got together with the subsidiary of the IDEC GROUP, that specialises in investing in business premises, the IDEC INVEST GROUP.
