SEQUABAT is organising the traditional leg of lamb for the ROLLS ROYCE project

SEQUABAT, a subsidiary of the IDEC GROUP, which specialises in the design and construction of turnkey projects involving business premises and residential property, is currently building business premises for ROLLS ROYCE in Mondragon (Vaucluse). In order to celebrate the roof going on, SEQUABAT brought together all the stakeholders on Friday for the traditional lamb roasted over tar, an event which allows people to get together and enjoy themselves.
All of those involved got together
On Friday, SEQUABAT invited clients, partners, staff and building workers to the traditional roast leg of lamb for the ROLLS ROYCE project currently being built by its teams. With this event, SEQUABAT is carrying on a long tradition in the history of construction work, which usually takes place once the roof has gone on and the building is sealed. This festive occasion was an opportunity to bring together all those involved in the project to thank them for their hard work, which has ensured the success of the project. In spite of the blistering heat, everyone enjoyed this event.
Construction of business premises and headquarters
This project, which started in January will be home to ROLLS ROYCE and in particular its subsidiary, Nuclear Field Services France, which works with those in the nuclear sector with high added value services. This project spread over 2158 m² will include an assembly unit with two workshops, a storage area, equipment areas and offices and staff facilities and will house the firm’s new French headquarters.
To be delivered in October
Six months after the work managed by the SEQUABAT teams started, the building already has its final shape with the roofing and cladding applied and almost all of the joinery installed. Work will now focus on the interior layout for the administrative jobs and that will be followed by the exterior layout. The keys for this project are due to be handed over early in October.
