SEQUABAT HAS HANDED OVER THE SECOND PHASE OF A LOGISTICS PLATFORM FOR THE 3R GROUP IN CASTELNAU-D’ESTRÉTEFONDS (HAUTE-GARONNE)

SEQUABAT, the subsidiary of the IDEC GROUP that specialises in the design and construction of turnkey projects involving business and residential property, has just completed the second and final phase of a logistics warehouse for the 3R GROUP. Located in the heart of the Eurocentre multimodal park, the whole of this project built in Castelnau-d’Estrétefonds (Haute-Garonne) stretches out over almost 20,000 m².
A second logistics project for SEQUABAT
SEQUABAT has just completed the second phase of a logistics platform for the 3R Group, a family run property business specialising in the development of business property projects located in Castelnau-d’Estrétefonds (Haute-Garonne). Designed from the start to be built in two phases, the project is based around two dry units and an office block (9300 m²) for the POMONA EPISAVEURS GROUP, which specialises in the distribution of food products for the catering trade. The second and final phase, which began in April 2019, required the construction of two extra units and an office block covering an area of 10,450 m².
Aiming for very good level BREEAM certification
The construction of the second phase which required eight months of work will ultimately house one or two users. Thanks to careful attention during the design phase and a responsible approach to managing the building work, the teams from SEQUABAT are aiming for Very Good level BREEAM certification, guaranteeing a sustainable building that saves energy.
