SEQUABAT, the subsidiary of the IDEC GROUP specialising in the design and construction of turnkey projects involving business, commercial and residential property, is busy working on the care home for the elderly, les Jardins de Mireval (Hérault).

With the backing of the DOMUSVI Group, which is a leading player in care and residential homes for the elderly, this project which will ultimately offer 65 beds  spread over four buildings (A, B, C and D). Unit D, the frontage, flooring and paintwork of which is complete, will be made available in January 2020 to allow the interior to be fitted out. Access to units C, B and A will become possible in February and March 2020 with the final handover of the care home scheduled for May 2020.

The SEQUABAT building teams are doing their utmost to respect the deadlines for the delivery of these buildings.

The layout of the green areas will begin in late November with the surfaces to be laid in early December.

This project is similar to another care home currently being built in Agen (Lot-et-Garonne), once again on behalf of the DOMUSVI company.
